If you need help creating or cleaning up your artwork, we can help. For vector formats, Illustrator and PDF files work great. Please convert text to outlines so that we don’t need your font files and Pantone solid coated colors are used to print. Please provide specific Pantone colors if needed. All logos have to be digitized for embroidery.

We can make suggestions if you’re not sure what you want, but we will need to figure out what brand, blend or style of apparel or promotional product you want.

If you’re gathering specific sizes from people, please compile it so that we know how many of each size to order. 2XL & 3XL are usually available in most styles, and if you need anything larger than that, let us know and we will do our best to find what you need. Generally, extended sizes 2XL & up are extra.

We need to know what date you actually need the order in your hands so that we know when they will need to be ordered, printed and picked up or shipped. Sometimes we might need to rush printing or shipping to make that date work for you!

Knowing your budget will help us steer you in the right direction and product/brand to fit within your budget.
