Rick grew up in the sporting goods business in Oklahoma and started working in the screen printing shop for his dad when he was 14. After graduating with a business finance and banking degree, he moved to Arizona in 1990 and worked for a small t-shirt shop named T-Shirt Bob’s. Soon after, he purchased the company for a small sum and built it into a successful business in the S/E Valley.
